Who we are

ToolzyLab is an independently operated web tools platform available at toolzylab.com. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to toolzylab@gmail.com.

Files and text processed locally

Most ToolzyLab file, image, PDF, text, and developer tools process input locally in your browser using JavaScript. For those tools, the file or text used for the operation is not uploaded to ToolzyLab merely to produce the result. Temporary content may remain in browser memory until you clear the tool, reload the page, or close the tab.

Some tools can save settings, drafts, recent items, or workflow state in localStorage or another browser storage feature. That information remains on your device unless a tool clearly says that it uses a server. You can remove it through the tool's clear control or your browser's site-data settings.

Features that use a network request

A limited set of features requires a server or external data source. Optional AI writing and text-expansion actions send the text and settings you choose through ToolzyLab's server to a configured AI provider. Joke and quote generators may send a prompt or category. Currency conversion requests current rate data. The HTTP Header Viewer sends the URL you enter to a ToolzyLab proxy so the remote response can be inspected. These features are labeled on their pages and do not change the local behavior of unrelated tools.

Do not submit passwords, API keys, confidential records, private client content, or personal information to a server-assisted or AI feature unless you have authority to do so and accept the provider's processing. Service providers may process and temporarily retain requests under their own terms, security controls, and account settings.

Technical data and server logs

When any website is requested, the hosting provider and web server may receive the IP address, requested page, date and time, browser information, referring page, and security or error details. This data is used to deliver the site, prevent abuse, apply rate limits, diagnose failures, and protect the service. We do not use ordinary server logs to read the contents of locally processed files.

Analytics

ToolzyLab includes a global configuration point for Google Analytics, but the measurement ID is not active until it is configured. When analytics is configured, it remains disabled until you allow Analytics in the cookie banner. Analytics may then process page views, approximate location, device and browser information, referrer data, and interaction measurements. We use aggregated reporting to understand demand, reliability, and navigation rather than to identify the contents of tool inputs.

Advertising and Google AdSense

ToolzyLab may use Google AdSense after an approved publisher account and client ID are configured. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to deliver, limit, measure, and personalize advertising. Advertising storage remains disabled through ToolzyLab's controls unless you allow it. Additional consent messages may be shown where Google or applicable law requires them.

Cookies, storage, and privacy choices

Essential browser storage supports theme preference, consent status, shared layout caching, and tool settings. Optional analytics and advertising are off until you make a choice. Select Customize in the banner or Privacy choices in the footer to accept or reject optional categories. Choosing Ignore for now closes the banner for the current browser session and leaves optional services off.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, ToolzyLab keeps advertising permission off. You can also clear site data or block cookies through browser settings, although doing so may reset preferences.

Contact messages

If you email us, we receive the address, message, and attachments you choose to provide. We use them to respond, investigate reports, maintain appropriate business records, and improve ToolzyLab. Email is processed by our email provider. Do not send sensitive files that are not necessary for the request.

Retention, security, and disclosure

Locally processed tool content is not retained by ToolzyLab. Consent choices remain in your browser for up to 180 days unless cleared. Contact messages and operational logs are retained only as reasonably needed for support, security, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and service improvement. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so use appropriate judgment with sensitive information.

We may disclose information to hosting, analytics, advertising, AI, email, and security providers that process it for the described purpose; to comply with law or protect rights and safety; or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell personal information for money. Where applicable law treats personalized advertising as a sale or sharing, you can decline Advertising through Privacy choices.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection concerning personal information we control. You may also withdraw consent for future optional processing. Send a request to toolzylab@gmail.com. We may need enough information to verify and complete the request. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

Children and international processing

ToolzyLab is a general-audience service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own, where privacy laws may differ.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when tools, providers, or legal requirements change. The updated date at the top shows the current version. Material changes will be explained on this page and may require a new consent choice.
