Where AI assistance is used

AI tools assist with drafting guide and blog content, rephrasing and structuring text, generating example data for testing, and some routine development tasks. AI is used as a drafting and acceleration layer — never as the final authority on what gets published.

Mandatory human review

Nothing produced with AI assistance is published without human review. The review covers factual accuracy, claims about tool behavior checked against the actual tools, structure and clarity, and safety — including privacy guidance and any statement a reader might rely on. Content that does not pass review is revised or discarded.

Technical claims receive particular scrutiny because AI drafts can sound confident while being wrong. Statements about formats, standards, browser behavior, and calendar or financial arithmetic are verified against primary documentation before publication.

User-facing AI features

Some optional features send information to ToolzyLab's server and then to a configured AI provider. These include labeled writing-review actions in Word Counter, AI text-expansion actions, and generated joke or quote features. Only the text, prompt, settings, or context needed for the requested action should be sent. These features are separate from the local counters, converters, formatters, and file tools.

Do not submit passwords, API keys, confidential business material, private client data, health records, identity documents, or content you are not authorized to share. AI providers may process or temporarily retain submitted data under their policies and the account configuration used by ToolzyLab.

Disclosure

User-facing AI actions are labeled in the interface before a request is made. Editorial AI use is disclosed through this policy and the Editorial Policy. We do not present AI output as professional advice or as an automatically verified fact.

What AI never decides

AI does not approve pages for publication, set ToolzyLab policy, make legal or editorial commitments, or silently receive files processed by local-only tools. A person remains responsible for published content, and users remain responsible for reviewing generated output before relying on it.

Corrections and improvement

If you spot content that appears wrong, outdated, or generic in a way that suggests insufficient review, report it through the contact page. Reports like that improve the review process directly — they are treated as quality signals, not complaints.

Updates to this policy

AI tooling changes quickly, and this policy will be updated as our usage changes. The modified date at the top reflects the current version; material changes are announced on this page.
