A 90-degree left or right rotation changes a landscape canvas into portrait dimensions, while 180 degrees keeps the same width and height. This can resolve files that rely on an EXIF orientation tag that another app ignores. Check the downloaded image in the destination because viewer behavior around orientation metadata can differ.
Mirroring can improve visual direction or correct a reversed camera preview, but it also reverses text, logos, traffic signs, uniforms, and asymmetrical products. Vertical flipping is less common and turns the frame top-to-bottom. Use Reset All when experiments make the intended orientation uncertain.
